After my Pork Chop Hot Dish post from a few days ago, Laura from Laura's Paris Cooking Notebook commented that she would like to put the recipe up on her site. Naturally, I was honored since I have been reading her lovely blog and drooling over her gorgeous pictures of the daily routines in French culture.
